Well given RBs in madden have a longer life span than irl I'd say 6th pick is way to little for a 83 rated 98 trucking RB.

Jacobs still has starting caliber ratings with his high trucking and stiff arm. While he is 30 years old, regression isn't that drastic this year. He can likely stay in his current form for another 3-4 years.
6th round pick is probably going to amount to a career 3rd string player.
Would take a bit more in return for Jacobs in my opinion.
Not to mention the 49ers already have 11 picks in the 2013 draft (2 6th and 7th round picks), so the amount of roster space they're going to have to drop by the end of the 2014 preseason is already high. Adding another late round draft pick is really not going to be much of a help to their future plans.
Denied.

The impact of the 83 rated RB with 98 trucking on the Pats is far greater than a 6th pick. Denied.
